Fully qualified in agile delivery methods and experience within that mode of delivery. I was part of a pilot that introduced agile work practices to a large organisation in the delivery of application changes. Since then, I have been part of scrum teams using collaborative tools and supporting the Product Owner in the development and refinement of user stories.
Within the context of a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), my engagement has been at the tip and tail looking after the many stakeholders impacted by the changes. At the tip of the SDLC, I have experience in consulting with business on requirements and managing these requirements through to implementation. At the tail-end of the SDLC, I have experience in organising user acceptance testing (UAT), post implementation verifications (PIV), change management and updates to business procedures.
