Orion Profile Guide
This was a reasonably complex registry of roles and responsibilities mapped to Job descriptions. It was used, as a source of truth, as part of the Orion case management on-boarding process. The job descriptions of the new users to Orion determined what workflow roles were to be given. It was used by a specialised team tasked to configure Orion new users.
This prototype replaced a spreadsheet that was used as part of the implementation of the Orion claims case management and workflow system. It went through formal testing before being accepted by the business.

CommInsure IT emergency rollcall registry
This was used to mark off the registry the staff who attended roll calls. This was achieved through a barcode scanner that scanned a barcode fixed to the building access cards. This scanning become input to the rollcall registry.
This prototype registry and barcode scanner was used to automate the rollcall procedures during emergency procedure drills. It sped up the process and made it more reliable. It was used for level 4 of 4 Dawn Fraser Avenue Sydney Olympic Park during 2015. The prototype idea was presented to the area in the CBA responsible for building maintenance and emergency procedures management.

Telephone claims Prototype
To mimic the screens of the Orion Claims Management system to show how a new feature could look and feel in the processing of Telephone claims.
This was used as part of the business requirements elicitation process for the introduction of telephone claims within CommInsure
