As part of my work experience, I have been tasked to perform data reconciliation work to provide proof that data at the start of a process reconciles with data at process end.
Most recent example of a data reconciliation that I performed has as part of Project Infinity Day 2 at CommInsure IT. Executive Management requested that each team responsible for the lift and shift of applications and data perform a reconciliation to ensure that data at the CBA source reconciled with the data moving through the migration factory and to the buyer, each step on the way.
I also did the reconciliation of staff belonging to CommInsure on HR records reconciled back with staff onboarded to the buyer’s new data centre.
