Most of my recent work experience has been to implement changes to applications and business processes to align with legislative requirements.
A more recent example includes FOFA legislation and the introduction of Advisor Service fees.
My work in implementing changes as the result of legislative requirements dates to 1996 when I worked on the introduction of Retirement Savings Account (RSA). Since then, I have worked on several different projects set up for regulatory requirements that went across different areas of the organisations.
