Software Delivery Superannuation
My experience with superannuation dates back to 1996 when I worked on the Retirement Savings Account Product launch (RSA). Since then, I have worked on various Product launches and Product upgrades as the result of legislative changes. I have experience in both (i) SDLC delivery method and (ii) Agile framework.
Example projects I have worked on
Implementation of Adviser Service Fee as the result of FOFA legislation. Specified and delivered changes for CommInsure Life400 System.
Implementation of Simplification of Superannuation project . This included crystallisation of tax components. Specified requirements and delivered changes on all Policy Administation Systems (2007).
Lifting of enforceable undertaking as part of the CommInsure Unit Linked Control Program. Specified and delivered a solution that split 2 billion dollars FUM into two separate unit linked investment series. CommInsure (2005 – 2007)
Launch of Equity Bond an innovative superannuation product design. Tower Australia, (2001)
Launch of Retirement Savings Account (RSA) for CommInsure with interfaces to the CBA banking system. This product grew to approach 1 billion dollars FUM . Commonwealth Financial Services (1998 – 1999)
