My first job in IT was with a small marketing company that received data from Hotel Groups such as Sheraton and Peppers Group to produce marketing reports that showed customer loyalty.
Since then, I have traversed across to larger organisations and within their IT departments working on Product developments, enhancements and resolving compliance issues. My job title has been Senior Business Analyst for much of my career which has been focused on delivery of software changes and supporting business users with requirements and change management. However, I have a technical background as well and use this in data analysis and developing prototypes.

I see myself as a creative IT worker with the necessary soft skills to communicate effectively with business stakeholders on more complicated product design features and utilising my technical understanding of IT to engage other IT resources that are more steeped in their field and speciality. I have a background in liaising between business and IT within large organisations and have worked extensively on large projects.
